Sure...you can grab the yellow pages and find a computer tech. But how much do they charge??.....how good
are they??.....do they come to you??.....when do they come to you?? If you've ever taken a computer "back to base"
for repairs, chances are you're one of the increasing number of disillusioned customers who, even after several weeks are
still waiting for their computer to be repaired. You telephone the company for an update on the repairs only to get the "run
around", especially the "we'll ring you back" routine.....but they never do ring back! A good computer tech is hard to find....they
are like a good butcher or mechanic....once you find one, don't let him go!!
