• We offer obligation free advice...ie is it better to repair/upgrade a machine or replace it entirely?
• We will come to you. If the problem is basic and we can fix it on site, we will do so. (For more complicated repairs/diagnostics it may be necessary for us to take your computer back to our shop.)
• Software instalation (including those important automatic backup programs and systems)
• One on one tuition.
• Website construction and maintenance.

Cost:

• $50 callout (#) (includes one hours work) then $50 per hour (#) plus parts, if required. Once the problem has been diagnosed, a formal quote can be given.
